If you’re looking for massage therapy in Winston Salem, Gerard Browne is the massage therapist to see. We’re delighted that he decided to pursue certification as a Master Myoskeletal Therapist (MMT). Achieving this certification, one of the highest standards for a massage professional, is not easy. It takes a burning desire to get results for your clients and a great deal of commitment. You can read a little bit about his journey below. He is highly skilled at treating a range of myoskeletal problems, from back to carpal tunnel syndrome.
I’ve experienced many different career paths in life starting as an electrician in Ireland, Japanese martial arts teacher in the USA, and finally pursuing a massage therapy career in my 40s. Each endeavor has included teaching skills that I’ve been able to pass on to others. Yet, I have to say that my time spent studying Erik Dalton’s Master Myoskeletal Therapist program has had the greatest impact on my life and career growth to this point.
I’ve been gifted with a mind that loves to troubleshoot, coupled with an extensive understanding of anatomy and physiology. As a licensed LMBT and a NCBTMB approved Continuing Education Provider, my business continues to grow and it is my experience that my learning will never stop. The material and hands-on skills I’ve learned through the MMT program has further fueled my ability and determination to better help people suffering with pain and physical dysfunction. I know there is always opportunity for continued growth and I look forward to sharing these skills and passion with other therapists and clients.
