“Who knows what they want to be when they grow up? I knew at the age of 14. It was clear to me that massage was a perfect way to help family and friends. Since then, my journey of learning and practicing over the past 12 years has been the best part of my life and I’m always eager to learn more.
Back in 2015, I read an article in Massage Magazine about Erik Dalton’s techniques and immediately wanted to know more. I followed him on Facebook and YouTube and then saved enough money to enroll in the Master Myoskeletal Therapist (MMT) certification program. After completing the courses and workshop requirements the day finally came to meet Erik in person.
In 2022, I attended Erik’s “Pain Relief in Paradise” Costa Rica Retreat … a whole week of learning MAT! I was enthralled to no end and giddy to hear that Erik Dalton would be the one handing out my MMT diploma. An accomplishment I had worked so hard for!
I now work in a venue alongside a superb chiropractor and am always acknowledged for my detailed massage work using Myoskeletal Alignment Techniques. The MMT program has greatly expanded my repertoire of techniques to help my clients combat pain, and I’m so proud of the accomplishments and experiences that have led me on the path to learning MAT.
I want to thank Erik Dalton, Kim Miller, and the entire team of teachers and teaching assistants. I will always strive to keep learning and be a better person and therapist. Thank you to all!”
