I started practicing massage therapy in 2001 and opened a business providing holistic massage and beauty therapies when I moved to Panama in 2004. I became interested in the pain management aspect of clinical massage and began searching for a course that would deepen my understanding of the body while helping me develop my hands-on skills. I found Myoskeletal Alignment Therapy and started Erik Dalton’s program in 2004. Coming from a relaxation massage background, it was a lot to take in at first, but what it taught me completely changed my practice and my client base really began to grow. In 2011, I signed up for the Costa Rica Myoskeletal Alignment Retreat (which I highly recommend), and after meeting with the whole team, it stimulated my ambition to learn more. Since then, I have continued to train in several different massage modalities and movement practices and am now studying for my degree in Occupational Therapy. My goal is to provide a holistic care and treatment program that is achievable, effective, and that will offer long lasting results. The skills and knowledge I have acquired during my Master Myoskeletal Therapist journey have been instrumental in building my successful business practice because they work!
