Massage Therapy is much more than a career for me. Massage Therapy is my lifelong passion and my lifestyle. Erik Dalton and MAT training highlighting structural integration, cognitive, and pain management bodywork have played a significant role in my approach. Erik always says “Don’t chase the pain!”, emphasizing recognition of strain patterns before they become pain patterns, looking at a balance of the body as a whole. Observing changes in movement patterns of my clients; confidence, awareness and reconnection to their own bodies radiating from clients; ease and alignment; joyful smiles and slower, deeper breathing patterns fill my days with gratifying and rewarding interactions. I started my online training with Erik in 2020. Meeting Erik and learning his legacy from the master himself in Costa Rica, November 2022, was totally amazing and unforgettable.
