I became a massage therapist in 2020 and have been passionate about learning ever since. After graduating, I took several continuing education courses to grow my skills and better help my clients. I’m proud to be a Certified Medical Massage Practitioner, trained in the Fundamentals of Thai Yoga Massage, Thai Table Massage, and both basic and advanced Lymphatic Drainage. And now, I’m honored to add Master Myoskeletal Therapist (MMT) to that list.
I was drawn to Erik Dalton’s work because of his clear teaching style and how detailed and anatomical his techniques are. What stood out to me most was his focus on proper body posture—it’s not only effective for clients but also helps therapists stay healthy in their careers.
The variety of techniques in the Myoskeletal Alignment Techniques (MAT®) system has helped me understand the body in a whole new way. I now have tools to find the source of pain and relieve it more effectively. My clients are amazed at the results and often rebook because they feel so much better.
