I have been a massage therapist since the fall of 2020, when I graduated from the Colorado Institute of Massage Therapy. Over the years, I’ve come to love working with clients who are ready to dive into their healing journey, who respect the profession, and who remain curious about their own bodies.
I am a neuromuscular therapist with training and certifications in cupping, trigger point therapy, somatic work, hot stones, Myoskeletal Alignment Techniques (MAT), and myofascial work. I also incorporate plenty of joint movement into my sessions, as I’ve found it makes a profound difference in how clients respond.
I first discovered MAT in 2021, when I began following the Erik Dalton’s Instagram page. I was immediately fascinated by the emphasis on joint movement and how versatile the techniques were. They seemed easy to incorporate into any massage session, and once I started practicing them, I realized how unique and effective they truly are. In fact, I’ve never had a myoskeletal alignment technique not work for a client.
