Angela Jackson

If you’re looking for massage therapy in Westminster, Angela Jackson is the massage therapist to see. Angela completed her Master Myoskeletal Therapist (MMT) certification in 2019. For massage therapy professionals, it’s one of the most highly regarded certifications that a massage therapist can receive. It’s a rigorous process, and few therapists get to use the designation. You can read a little bit about her journey below. She is highly skilled at treating a range of myoskeletal problems, from back to carpal tunnel syndrome. As the former director of Pyramid Holistic Wellness Center, a large destination resort spa and fitness center in Rutland, Vermont, I felt I needed to better understand the knowledge and skill set required of my massage staff. Once I began to engage in the clinical hands-on work, there was just no turning back.

A year into the program, I retired from my spa director position so I could devote all my time to massage education. After completing my initial 750-hour bodywork training, I continued my educational endeavors logging in over 350 hours of specialized coursework in advanced clinical therapies such as Myoskeletal Alignment Techniques.

By focusing on the core fundamentals taught by Erik Dalton and the gang at the Freedom From Pain Institute, I can happily say I now have successfully completed my Master Myoskeletal Therapist training and am incorporating these advanced skills to better help my athletes improve their mobility, strength, and performance. I really enjoyed meeting all the Freedom From Pain Institute graduates and receiving my diploma at Erik’s 2019 Oklahoma City workshop…. what an amazing event!
Proud to be an MMT
