I have been practicing massage therapy since 2005. After graduating from massage school in Missoula, Montana I worked in Oregon for 14 years. I worked and studied with massage instructor, Andy Libert. In 2019 I took his class on Myoskeletal Alignment Techniques and fell in love with MAT. In the winter of 2020, I moved back to my hometown in South Dakota. I spent hours studying and practicing and in 2021 I attended Erik Dalton’s OKC workshop! In May 2022 I received my Myoskeletal Massage Therapist certificate! In 17+ years of practicing massage, no other modality has given me the tools that MAT does. Though the certificate reads ‘Master’ I will always be learning and growing to become the best therapist I can.
