I became a Licensed Massage Therapist in 2012 and later earned my CMDLT certification. During my massage training, I first heard about Erik Dalton and was immediately curious about his work. I was searching for a better way to help my clients get out of pain and address dysfunction, rather than just offering temporary relief.
As I began learning and using Myoskeletal Alignment Techniques (MAT), everything started to shift for me. I saw how powerful it could be to release muscle tissue in a more intentional way, and I loved seeing the relief my clients experienced. MAT helped me look at the body differently and understand how everything works together, which has made a meaningful difference in my sessions.
I was deeply honored to work directly with Erik Dalton and learn from a true master of manual therapy. I had the opportunity to study with him in person during two workshops in Costa Rica, which was an incredibly meaningful experience for me. Learning directly from Erik strengthened my understanding of MAT and reinforced my commitment to this work. I am very grateful for the knowledge, generosity, and inspiration he shared, and I carry those lessons with me in my practice every day.
