I’m originally from Thailand, the birthplace of Thai massage. After experiencing Thai massage myself, I became fascinated with the practice. In 2015, I decided to learn it in Bangkok, earning my certification in 2016 before moving to the U.S. that summer. My interest in massage grew, leading me to attend Cortiva Institute (formerly the Connecticut Center for Massage Therapy).
While in school, I discovered how massage goes beyond relaxation—it relieves pain, aids healing, improves range of motion, boosts blood flow, and supports the nervous system. I graduated in 2020 with an honors diploma in Massage Therapy and have since earned certifications in Reflexology, Cupping Therapy, Structural Integration, and Myoskeletal Alignment Therapy (MAT).
My passion for orthopedic massage and manual therapies led me to explore MAT. After reading about Erik Dalton’s Myoskeletal Alignment techniques, I attended a workshop with Nate Fay. That experience inspired me to pursue certification through the Master Myoskeletal Therapist (MMT) program.
Incorporating MAT into my practice has been a game-changer. The techniques are effective yet gentle, embodying the principle of working smarter, not harder. My clients consistently report reduced pain and longer-lasting results after their sessions.
