I’m proud to announce that I’m officially a Master Myoskeletal Therapist! I can’t even begin to express my gratitude to Erik Dalton and the gang in creating a continuing education platform that not only works but is efficient in delivering the curriculum, easy to learn from and powerfully effective in delivering results. Back in 2010 I was running a fairly successful Shiatsu and Myofascial Release practice. My business was doing well and maintaining but I struggled with confidence in treating more “complex” issues and was starving for more education. I remember treating a few people with chronic shoulder issues. Up until this point everything I tried was only giving these clients pain relief. I knew I needed more information on how to help. I jumped online and quickly came across some YouTube videos of Erik treating shoulder dysfunctions. Immediately I was impressed with Erik’s style of teaching and immense intelligence. I thought to myself, “I’ve got to learn more from this guy!” I watch and learned from the videos then started to apply it to those clients. Within days they started to tell me their shoulder problems were disappearing and within weeks they were telling me the problems were gone! This is when I said to myself, “that’s it; how to go and learn from Erik?” Soon after I found a workshop being offered, signed up, took my first course and was utterly impressed. I wanted to know more! After about a year of attending more seminars and completing certifications, I knew I wanted to deepen my skills and education so I asked Kim Miller if I could become a Teaching Assistant. To my pleasure she said yes! Fast forward to today, I have had the honor in assisting at multiple seminars as I continued to complete my education as an MMT. Myoskeletal Alignment has shaped my practice in a transformative way to becoming a smashing success. As I’ve integrated the theory and practice, my reach has increased and increased, because word of mouth on the outstanding pain alleviating results got wind throughout my community. Now I consistently have a one month waiting list! Today, I’m the first Master Myoskeletal Therapist in British Columbia Canada with hopes of teaching this amazing work throughout the province and Western Canada! Thank you Erik Dalton for your mentorship and education! It’s made a world of difference to me and the many others I have helped through you. Sincerely, Jeremy Hampvent CST, MMT
