I began my journey as a massage therapist in 1995 at The Swedish Institute in New Your City and began my career working in spas, chiropractic offices, and a physical therapy clinic. In December 2010 I had my first exposure to Erik Dalton’s work. I took a short 1.5 CE online course called “The 42 Pound Head” via The World Massage Conference. At that point I realized that I needed to upgrade my hands-on skills and acquire a broader knowledge base to better assist clients with their pain. Much time passed before I attended my first Dalton workshop in San Francisco in the fall of 2022, but when I returned home to Santa Fe, NM, I purchased the Foundational and Advanced bundles necessary to attain Master Myoskeletal Therapist status. The course material blew my mind. My skills and approach to sessions has changed drastically. I find the techniques effective, easy to preform, and best of all fun. I look forward to my sessions with the skills I have acquired and feel very creative in their application. I’m super grateful to Erik, the wonderful support staff, and my fellow seekers of bodywork excellence.
