In 2004 I graduated from the Alpha Institute of Massage Therapy in Jacksonville, Florida and soon opened a bodywork practice in the area. I’d seen some of Erik’s videos and was immediately drawn to his Myoskeletal Alignment Techniques program, so I attended a couple of workshops in West Palm Beach and Costa Rica. The more I studied, the more my pain management practice grew, yet it was not until March of 2020 with the introduction of “stay-at-home” orders that I’ve finally had time to complete my Master Myoskeletal Therapist certification. Thanks to the Freedom From Pain Institute staff and fellow MMTs for all your support. I look forward to helping as many people as possible to be pain-free and moving to the best of their abilities.
