I have been a massage therapist for 18 years. I work in a salon setting, but much of my practice focuses on seniors and people living with chronic pain. I have always leaned more toward therapeutic massage than relaxation work.
I first started looking into MAT as a possible solution for my own sciatic pain. I took my first workshop in 2014 and learned a lot. Life got in the way for a while, but I was able to return to my studies in 2020.
The work gets results. Clients are happier, and it’s much easier on my body. I’m able to create results that last longer, while also helping clients understand their movement patterns and make meaningful changes.
