Myoskeletal Alignment Techniques (MAT) Workshops

Break the Pattern: MAT for Upper & Lower Crossed Syndromes

Harrisburg, PA.   |   August 19–21, 2027  |   with Tammy McCue

Get your hands on Erik Dalton’s distinctive Myoskeletal Alignment Techniques in this intensive, practice-focused workshop. Explore two structured treatment protocols for Upper and Lower Crossed Syndromes, featuring powerful techniques for the neck, shoulders, spine, pelvis, and hips.

Stop Chasing Tight Muscles. Start Seeing the Bigger Picture.

Go beyond simply stretching tight muscles. Explore innovative hands-on approaches designed to reduce facilitated muscle activity, improve tissue extensibility, restore comfortable joint play, mobilize neural structures, provide targeted sensory input, and encourage under-participating muscles.

You’ll learn to:

  • See beyond the pain. Recognize interconnected patterns of compensation involving the neck, shoulders, spine, pelvis, and hips.
  • Expand your hands-on toolbox. Discover distinctive MAT approaches and unique techniques for working with muscles, joints, and neural structures.
  • Treat with greater purpose. Understand the therapeutic intention behind each technique and how to adapt it to the person on your table.
  • Connect the dots. Explore how these patterns may contribute to familiar complaints involving the neck, shoulders, arms, low back, SI region, and hips.

Leave with two practical treatment protocols, fresh hands-on skills, and a new perspective on treating persistent pain and dysfunction.

New to MAT? Discover a practical framework for understanding common pain and compensation patterns and gain hands-on experience with two structured treatment protocols and a versatile toolbox of innovative MAT techniques you can begin integrating into your practice immediately.

Already Practicing MAT? Go beyond the techniques and deepen your clinical understanding of the Myoskeletal approach so you can make more intentional treatment choices, adapt techniques to each client’s needs, and integrate MAT more confidently into your own style of practice.
