Can I access this on my tablet or phone?

How do I register to take a course?

Go to and browse the catalog for available courses. Click the purchase link and follow the instructions. After your payment is processed you’ll have instant access to the eCourse.

How do I pay for the course?

All major credit and debit cards are accepted. You will automatically be enrolled in the course as soon as the transaction is complete and will receive an email welcoming you to the online course.

How do I login?

For the system to track, record, and report your activity, you must log in with the unique username and password that you created when registering for the course. From the website, click the “Login” button and enter your email and password. If you forget your password, click the “Lost Password?” link at the bottom of the login screen and follow the instructions to create a new one. You will use the same user name and password for all eCourses. You will be able to see and have access to all the courses you have enrolled in.

How much time do I have to complete the course?

Take as much time as you like… you have lifetime access to any eLearning course.  Once you complete the course you will be able to download your certificate.

If I get stuck on a question, will I be able to go back and review the content if needed?

Click the “Hint” button that you’ll see with each question for a little help. Of course, you can always go back during the lesson and review videos and article content. We suggest you print the bonus manual to help with the test taking.

How do I access my certificate?

Once you have successfully completed all lessons, you’ll be issued a certificate. To access the certificate at any time, simply log into the course area and you’ll see a button at the top of the page that will allow you to print your certificate.

If you don’t see the certificate, you have not yet completed all quizzes or marked all lessons as complete. Scan through the lessons and topics in the right hand navigation to find out which ones still need to be completed.

What if I fail one of the lessons, will I still get my certificate and CEs?

If you do not pass a quiz, you will have the opportunity to retake it as many times as necessary.

How do my CEs get reported?

It is your responsibility to submit your CE certificate to appropriate state licensing boards, NCBTMB and BOC. 
 Florida, New York, Mississippi and Louisiana therapists must email with your state license number so your CE credits can be submitted to the state boards.

What if I already own the DVD set?

If you’ve purchased the Home Study version of a course and want to access the online version, drop us a note. We can set that up for you.

Where do I find the course I have subscribed to?

Go to and once logged in, click the “My Courses” link.

What if I lose my password?

Resetting a Lost Password If you have forgotten your password, you may reset by clicking the “Lost Password?” link located under the login button. Simply enter your username as prompted by the form and click the Submit button. An email containing a link that will allow you to reset your password will be sent to the email address associated with your user profile. Note: Passwords are encrypted, which means the password cannot be recovered… it can only be reset.
