“Beyond all doubt the use of the human hand, as a method of reducing human suffering, is the oldest remedy known to man…”  John Mennel, MD

Educational Workshops may be taught individually or include a combination of the following:

1. Dirty Dozen: 12 pain busting upper quadrant deep tissue techniques for assessing and correcting neck "cricks", dowager's humps, TOS, pinched nerves, scoliosis, rib pain and much more. Workshop compliments all forms of manual therapy.

2. Low Back Fix: Simplified "back spasm" recipe for torsioned spines, locked SI joints and adhesive hip capsules. Includes innovative side lying deep tissue & stretching techniques perfect for treating large or pregnant clients.

3. Myoskeletal Zone Therapy: New research reveals how 3rd trimester fetal development leads to painful distorted adult posture. This unusual fascial formula quickly scans for decompensation at one of four "key" junctions: cervicocranial, cervicothoracic, thoracolumbar, & lumbosacral. Muscle/joint fixations, twisted diaphragms, and visceral problems such as hiatal hernias, ovary adhesions, bladder distention are addresses in this seminar.

4. Advanced Shoulder, Arm, & Hand Pain: A holistic healing tour through injured upper torsos and extremities with Dalton's unique capsule, ligament, bursa, and joint mobilization techniques. This step-by-step workshop offers a different "twist" to the ordinary rotator cuff, frozen shoulder, tennis/ golfers elbow, carpal tunnel, thoracic outlet treatments you've learned before. A must take seminar for all sports massage therapists!

5. Advanced Receptor Techniques: New neck and back strategies to help distinguish between pinched nerves and neuro-receptor pain. Enhance your palpation skills with this innovative approach for correcting complex conditions such as whiplash, migraines, scoliosis, and facet/rib pain. Pain management therapists will love this skill enhancing seminar!

All seminars include video, computer animation, hands on training, formal certification of completion, and massage therapy Category A continuing education CE hours.

"I attended your workshops certification course in Boca Raton about two years ago. I learned much more than technique from your course; I also learned new ways of seeing and understanding the body. My practice has evolved greatly from that experience. I also enjoyed hearing about the wealth of your experience. You were one of the few instructors who came with enthusiasm, humility and homage to those that had taught you - a breath of FRESH air in the bodywork biz. Thank you two years later. I have shared much of what I learned with other therapists and some went on to take your course. Keep up the wonderful work! "-Jody Kenyon

"As a graduate of both of the myoskeletal courses, I was very glad to have met you and had the opportunity to take your workshop in Tucson.  I thoroughly enjoyed the new information and techniques that I was able to take home to my practice.  Listening to you and learning about the most recent research, as well as finding out that some of the things that we thought we understood have changed and are not necessarily so, was inspiring and brings a new attitude towards my practice.  It is always refreshing to look outside the box and open ourselves to being creative in our approach to bodywork, and so I thank you for  being the stimulus for learning and growing. Keep up the good work, we all appreciate you." -Chuck Lange LMT
