- Register for courses by clicking the “New Account” button.
- Fill out the registration with the name you want printed on the test
- Use you email for user name and pick a password you can remember.
- Your License number is required if you want your CEs submitted.
- Please include your address information also.
- Once registered simply log in to access the courses.
- As courses are added they will show up in the course Catalog.
- Enroll in course.
- Once registered and logged in click on the CATALOG tab in the upper right to view the available courses.
- Click on “Add to Cart” button under your selected course, and you will be taken to our secure shopping cart.
- Once payment is approved the course you selected will move from the CATALOG tab to the DASHBOARD tab where you will access it from that point on.
- Click on the image of your course in the Dashboard and you will be taken to your course. we suggest you begin with lesson one.
- Each course will have a manual that can be viewed and/or downloaded to aid in taking the course.
Future e-Learning Courses will be added to the catalog tab when available. Your same username and password will be used to access other courses as they are added.

Accessing Dalton Online Courses
Access to the online Dalton Learning System requires a basic Internet connection and web browser.

Once I have completed my course, how do I review it?
Go to a list of your completed courses from your dashboard by clicking on the Completed Courses Tab. Enter the course by clicking on the title, where you will see your activity and can review your course.
Can I access this on my tablet or phone?
The test can be accessed on desktops, tablets and mobile devices. This course is packed with valuable information and content, so make sure you have a good Internet connection and a strong Wi-Fi signal. For the best testing experience, we suggest you take the exam on a desk or laptop computer. A mobile phone or tablet will work fine, but please be a little patient.
On a tablet or mobile the only browser that works with our Learning Management system is Safari:
- Open Settings on your iPad or iPhone
- Select the Safari browser
- Disable the “Block Pop-ups” option. Log into Dalton Online
- Launch a lesson on your iPad or iPhone (please note that it may take a few moments to load)
- Select “Allow” when a pop-up window appears indicating that “This site is attempting to open a pop-up window”
What will I see first when I access the site?
The first screen you will see is the Home Screen. This is the starting point that allows you to do one of two things:
- Register as a new user
- This will register you to access your course. Fill out the form and make sure you use the name you want printed on your certificate
- Log into the system once registered
How do I register to take a course?
Once registered and logged in, write down your username and password), and click on the MAT COURSES link in the top navigation bar. Under Course Catalog… click on Dalton Myoskeletal Techniques Online Homestudy chose DTTO-1 Dalton Technique Tour Online Course. Details of the course will be shown with a Buy Now button. Click the button to pay for the course.
How do I pay for the course?
All major credit and debit cards are accepted. You will automatically be enrolled in the course as soon as the transaction is complete and will receive an email welcoming you to the online course.
Once I've paid, how do I find my course
Follow the following steps
- Click on MY ACCOUNT in the navigation bar
- Under the LEARNING ACTIVITIES chart you will find the name of the course you are enrolled in
- On the far right of that form you will see a green GO button
- Click the GO button and you will see all the lessons in your course
- You must start with lesson one and complete each lesson in order
How do I login?
For the Dalton Online system to track, record, and report learner activity, each learner must log in with a unique username and password that identifies them within the system. NOTE: it is your responsibility to record and remember your user name and password. From the Home screen, enter your username and password and click the Login button. If you do not see the login form on the screen, click the Home button located on the top menu bar. If you are unable to login, there are several possible reasons:
- You may have provided an incorrect username and/or password (check case-sensitivity), your account may not (yet) exist, or your account may have expired. If you log into the system and do not register for a course, the system may time you out
- Your account may still be logged in from a previous session that was not properly closed.

How much time do I have to complete the course?
You will have 365 days from the time you register to take a course. Once registered, you will receive a welcome email letting you know you have successfully enrolled in your course. You will receive reminder emails throughout the course. The course will remain open for the full 365-days, even if you have completed it. This bonus will allow you to review the videos and questions for the remainder of your allotted time. If for some reason you cannot complete the course in the 365-day period, please email us and we can reactivate your course and extend it for another 365-day period for a nominal fee of $50. You will be allowed only one extension and when you begin, you will start over from Lesson 1.
If I get stuck on a question, will I be able to go back and review the content if needed?
Yes, you can always go back during the lesson and review videos and article content by tapping the back button. You can then tap the forward arrow to take you back to the last answered question but you will not be able to go forward until you answer each question. We suggest you print the bonus Technique Tour manual to help with the test taking.
What if I decide to take a break?
To log out of the Dalton Learning System, click log out located in the upper-right corner of the window. Note that it is important to log out of the system properly by using this log out and not by simply closing the window. Closing the window will leave you logged in until the session times out. Closing the window without logging out could keep you from being able to log back into the system until your previous session has timed out. Clicking log out ensures that upon exiting, the lesson communicates all necessary information to the program.
How do I access my certificate?
Once you have successfully completed all lessons, the My Certificates link will show your certificate. To print, click the Print button located to the right of the certificate name. This link will not appear if you have not passed all lessons as required. The name that appears on your certificate will be the name you registered under. That information can be found in the My Profile section in the MY ACCOUNT area. You will not be able to print a certificate from the site unless you have passed every lesson by a score of 70% or more. If you have completed the lessons and have one or more that fall below that requirement, please email us at email@example.com. We will review your course. If your lessons average over 70%, we will make your certificate link available.
What if I fail one of the lessons, will I still get my certificate and CEs?
If you do not score 70% on any lesson, you will have the opportunity to retake one more time. Please follow the directions on the final score page. Once you finish all lessons, access your Course Details link to view scores for all lessons. If you have failed one or more lessons in the course you will not be unable to print your certificate. Please contact us by email at firstname.lastname@example.org. We will review your course and if your average score for all lessons is over 70%, we will activate the My Certificate link so you can print your certificate.
How do my CEs get reported?
It is your responsibility to submit your CE certificate to appropriate state licensing boards, NCBTMB and BOC. Florida, New York, Mississippi and Louisiana therapists must email email@example.com with your state license number so your CE credits can be submitted to the state boards.

How do I use the top navigation bar?
• HOME PAGE
The home page basically just takes you back to the information about the course.
• MY ACCOUNT
Once you have enrolled in a course, this link will take you to a LEARNING ACTIVITIES chart that shows the courses you are enrolled in. Clicking on the GO button will take you to your lessons.
• MAT COURSES
Clicking MAT COURSES in the navigation bar displays the COURSE CATALOG area. Click Catalog: Dalton Myoskeletal Online Home-Study to open the catalog. The new screen will display the course name. If you click on the course name if you have paid for your course you will be directed to it, or you will be directed to a place where you can register. Once register you will be taken to the payment area to complete your subscription.

What if I lose my password?
Resetting a Lost Password If you have forgotten your password, you may reset by clicking the “I forgot my password” link located under the login button. Simply enter your username as prompted by the form and click the Submit button. An email containing a link that will allow you to reset your password will be sent to the email address associated with your user profile. If your user profile does not have an associated email address, you should contact email@example.com to have your password reset. Note: Passwords are stored in the program using a one-way encryption, this means the password cannot be recovered… it can only be reset.
